| We offer a very wide variety of services to our customers. They include: |
- Heavy Construction: We do heavy construction work for the City, County, State, Highway, Airport Authority, and Residential Subdivisions. We have capabilities to handle any and all types of road work, from repair work to new installation and turn-key residential subdivisions.
- Clearing: We offer the option to burn, haul off, or tub grind waste debris. We do clearing work from one acre sites to sites as big as a few hundred acres or more.
- Site Grading: We make available several types of grading options: bulk dirt, fine grading, finish floor and blue top elevations. We have an in-house dirt operation capable of handling any dirt operation job.
- Erosion Control: Scott Contractors, Inc. is certified in all types of erosion and sediment
control.
- Sanitary Sewer: We install service lines to major outfall interceptors, treatment plants, and pump stations. We also provide all sewer line and service connections for private development in residential and commercial sites.
- Storm Drain: We install all types of storm drainage such as, but not limited to, pipe, reinforced concrete, plastic, and HDPE. We also install pre-cast box culverts, cast in place structures, drain manholes, inlets, and concrete swales.
- Curb and Gutter: Scott Contractors does all types and sizes of curb and gutter. Some of our most widely used dimensions are 6x30x12 or 14, 6x18x12 or 14 curb and gutter, as well as 33x8 and 31x8 valley curb. We also pour 31x6 Mississippi valley curb. These are only a few of our options. We have the capabilities to cater to any type and size curb and gutter. We also install sidewalk and driveway aprons, with any desired finish available.
- Water: Water lines that we install include commercial, residential, and municipal lines. We establish all main line work, services and hydrants, using ductile iron or C-900 plastic pipe. We install mechanical pump stations as well.
- Gas: Scott Contractors provides complete installation of all types and sizes of gas systems. We can install high pressure gas mains for both residential and commercial properties.
- Electric: We are certified in all of the types of fusion including ELECTROFUSION. Scott Contractors can provide complete system installation for any size project.
- Soil Cement Stabilization: Scott Contractors provides stabilized subgrades for both commercial and residential developments. We use Portland Type 1 Cement exclusively unless otherwise specified. We also do aggregate processing and lime stabilization.
- Asphalt and Concrete Paving: We offer city, county and state asphalt mix designs. Additionally, we mix soil cement, cement aggregate base, and install cement treated base.
- Landscape and Irrigation: We do operations as small as installing subdivision plates & frontages to as large as major commercial irrigation jobs.
